Our mission at the Laser Center of Carson Valley is to create a warm, caring and comfortable enviorment, while building loyal and long lasting customer relationships through our personnalized care. We respect your confindance that you have placed with us, and will always regard that relationship with respect and confidentiality. Our laser treatments, cosmetic injectables and other procedures are preformed by our trained medical staff, and all procedures are supervised by our medical director. Laser Center is locally owned and operated by Paul and Jacqueline Phillips.



Paul W Phillips, Jr M.D. received his under-graduate and medical school education at the University of Wisconsin receiving his M.D. in 1975. After completing a five year residency in Orthopedics at University of California at Davis and University of Louisville, he has practiced medicine in Nevada since 1980. He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery, is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, member of the AMA. During his residency he did a rotation in Plastic Surgery. He has expanded that knowledge by clinical study, attending many hands on courses. Dr. Phillips is on site for laser procedures and is our Medical Director.


Jacqueline Phillips RN MEP-C graduated from the University of Oregon Health and Sciences Center in 1979. She has a background in neurology, cardiology, pre and post anesthesia, flight nursing(fixed wing) and ambulatory nursing. In the Spring of 2005 she began her career in the aesthetic field. She has taken many classes in this field. Jacqueline Phillips is also a member of the American Association of Aesthetic Nurses and is a certified Medical Aesthetic Professional.
